About Us

Arin’s Desserts  is a social enterprise that creates freshly baked cookies to raise funds to provide monetary donations to local food banks, shelters, and meal programs for providing sweet treats to underserved individuals and families in the Greater Bay Area. Arin's Desserts is a Capstone Project supporting the educational endeavors of Arin Prakash. The social enterprise is created to expand community partnerships and develop a sustainable approach to both sales and community impact.

Arin Prakash is a middle school student in Los Altos. Arin is an avid swimmer, enjoys skiing, hanging out with friends, and giving back to his community. Arin's Desserts merges his passion for helping others with his love of baking by using cookies as a vehicle for community service. His social enterprise allows him to apply both his creative and service-oriented skills to make a meaningful, tangible impact in the lives of people facing hardship.
